  (we start with 1 or 2 couples, then the DJ/MC says snowball - everyone goes out and gets another partner to dance with. This continues until dance floor is full)..this is a great icebreaker.

Games/Contests

Hula hoop contest(s) hula hoops provided w/notice many variations

Musical Chairs (or laps) Chairs or laps play until 1 winner

Hot potato (or other item) Potato or similar play until 1 winner Name that tune prizes for each winner DJ/MC plays tunes

Simon Says or Simon Says conga line: prize for winner play until 1 winner

Tug of war Rope provided w/ notice 1 team wins Freeze contest DJ/MC plays music then stops-last 1 to stop is out.

Show me a .. DJ/MC calls out an item. 1st to bring up to DJ/MC, wins.

Mummy Wrap a case of toiler paper DJ/MC will play music, when the music stops the best mummy team Wins.

Ping Pong Ball Bounce balls provided w/ notice

Many variations True or false Questions provided w/ notice: Participants form Teams(lines), each is asked a True/False Question. If they are wrong they are out. The team that has People left wins.

Coke & Pepsi The participants form 2 lines facing each other. The DJ/MC will label 1 line coke & 1 line pepsi, then lets Them know how to play, when DJ announces coke The pepsi line falls to 1 knee the coke line must sit On the pepsi lines knees. Last pair is out. Until 2 Winners are left!!

Huggy Bear Everyone dances. The DJ/MC will announce a number. The participants must hug in groups that total the number that was announced. 2 winners.
